What wood is your furniture made of?
Our furniture is manufactured from the finest solid kiln dried Mahogany.

Can you deliver?
Yes, we use our own vehicles to deliver in and around Johannesburg and Pretoria. We also deliver nationally using an independent transport company that specializes in the delivery of furniture.

Will my furniture be unwrapped and assembled for me?
For all local deliveries done by our own staff and vehicle, we will unwrap and assemble any necessary items. Most of our items do not require assembly.

Can I collect my furniture?
Yes, you can collect your furniture with prior arrangement to ensure that the items are available for collecton at our showroom.

What is your Lead-time on goods that are not in stock?
The lead-time is normally between 10 –12 weeks.

Is it possible to order the furniture in different colours?
We offer a variety of different colour finishes of wood. Our furniture ranges that have leather inlays, such as our office desks, and our Safari range that has leather upholstery, can be ordered in a variety of leather colours. The leather colours include black, browns, tans, greens, burgundy, red, blues and cream. Swatches are available to view at our showroom.

Can I upholster your chairs in upholstery of my choice?
Yes, our chairs are available un-upholstered to allow for the personal choice of our clients for fabric.

Do you offer an upholstery service?
Yes, we have a selection of upholstery materials at our showroom for you to choose from, or you can supply your own fabric. We use a reputable independent upholstery company to do our upholstery work.

How do I care for my solid wood furniture purchased from Topolansky?
All that is required to clean our solid wood furniture is a damp soft cloth. Waxes and polishes are not recommended as they can alter the finished appearance of the wood.

What leather do you use on your “Vintage Leather” range?
Its upholstered with an Italian Bovine full grain leather. The “aged” effect is created using a hand polishing process.

How can I make payment?
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by direct transfer to our account.

How can I obtain prices for your furniture?
We have prices listed only on certain items on our website that may be on promotion. Should you require prices on any of our items, please feel free to call our showroom or email us a list of items for which you are requiring a price.

Do you sell wholesale to furniture dealers?
Yes. We are direct importers of all our ranges of furniture.

Do you deal with Interior Designers?
Yes, we have many Interior Designers with whom we have dealt with over many years. We understand the special requirements of designers and are always happy to be of service to designers.
